[releventchair]

Ouch! Cuts like a knife not too bad......well.

[Peyton Manning]

[releventchair]

ask Bill, he knows everything

[Peyton Manning]

I've already been an expert in many things, I just can't recall them

[bill from lachine]

jeff,

Another one for you dude......

[Mackaydon]

Shania and Willie--Canadian and Texan --I've gone to heaven. Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain

Don......

[releventchair]

Excellent choice!

[Mackaydon]

Gordon Lightfoot is a Canadian treasure.
The best musical talent Canada has seen to date in my opinion.
Two clips; from back in the (my) day and more recent. Thankfully, his voice is still the same; just about perfect.

then this:
Don.

[jeff of pa]

Blue Rodeo.

[bill from lachine]

Folks,

Some of you folks might remember a cartoon like group called the Archies.....well the lead singer was Andy Kim from Montreal who went out on his own later....nothing to heavy but fun music and he sold millions.

[bill from lachine]

Folks,

For those who like the old time rock and roll.....we mustn't forget the Diamonds and Lil Darlin.....not a bad tune from a Canuck group.

Wow they don't fit that song anymore . LOL & i thought I felt ancient

[bill from lachine]

Folks,

Like Mackaydon mentioned earlier on the thread....Gordon Lightfoot is a Canadian treasure.....I guess if I had to narrow it down to 3 I'd add Leonard Cohen and Neil Young to the mix....these 3 have songbooks that most performers would kill for...

Here's a fairly recent performance by him....that attractive blond doing background vocals btw is lady gaga so it gives you an idea of the esteem he's held in by fellow artist....and another son of Montreal....enjoy!

[Peyton Manning]

Lady Gaga attractive?

[bill from lachine]

Folks,

Even tough she's an International star....not a big fan of Celine Dion.....I'll give her credit because she does have a lot of talent.....so I'll post up the duet they made with her and Elvis a masterpiece of talent and technology.....
