Folks, John Lee Hooker + Bonnie Raitt....

Ya Cohen sang at the Olympics.

He did not sing sundown or edmond fitzgerald but sure was well recieved.

jeff,

Well it's like this....jeff of pa is like me a music buff....a lot of the better stuff you have to search it out....what they'd call today indie music.....a lot of the better stuff is not always top 40 so doesn't always get a lot of airplay.

I try to listen to the obscure as much as possible.

Keeps me from Hating songs I like

The 2 jeffs,

Case in point about tracking down the best music out there......Jeff Healey a Canadian guitarist is blind and unfortunately passed away a few years back.....and with all due respects....his version of "While my guitar gently weeps" completely blows George Harrison's version out of the water.....he oozes talent....enjoy!

Another Canuck talent.....we're not all boring by the way.....a bit risky....but a great talent....lol....

[Mackaydon]

If you're doing kudos for Canucks, you have to include Paul Anka ('Diana' and 'I Did It My Way' for starters)
Don....

I always wished there was an uncensored version of this one out there.
I guess if she was actually nude though only the editors have it.
My guess CGI or a body suit of some kind though, which may still be interesting .

[bill from lachine]

Don,

Yup.....Anka's the consummate showman....a bit of trivia for you....he also wrote the theme song for The Tonight show back in the Johnny Carson days...enjoy!
