Yesterday, I went on a hunt around an old house that I just got permission to hunt. The first thing I found was a 1917 penny. So, I thought I was going to have a pretty good day. I started in the front yard and found a couple of Memorial pennies and two clad Washington quarters. Around the edge of the house, I found the Eagle Button and the lighter. I went around to the side of the house and found two Mercury dimes (1939 and 1943) and a Washington quarter (1962). I found a 1935 penny and two Roosevelt dimes (1954 and 1963). I then found six more wheat pennies, assorted dates, one a 1920-D. One of the neat finds I dug was a Red Goose Shoe token. I think the key goes to a clock. The little bell shaped item is a "Honey Cures Cough" token. I also found a little man, made out of lead. The other items are just "odds-n-ends" of assorted junk. Thanks for looking.
