Gold and Silver

Same spot I keep getting lucky.
The little gold is 1.9g 14k
Silver is 5.2g. I can't seem to get a good close up, but it is heavily tarnished with a big stone.
Not sure about the third ring.
A 'heads or tails' coin.

Any suggestions on cleaning the heavily tarnished silver would be appreciated.
