[emoji23] Pretty funny. Not sure what this weird pendant went to.

Got out for a while today. Nothing ground breaking but my favorite find was this commemorative Canadian dollar from 1983.



It was commissioned by the board of trade in Lunenburg (2,000 person town in Nova Scotia) to commemorate the visit of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. What this coin was doing laying on top of the ground in Seattle 36 years later is anyone’s guess.

I also found a few Wheats and a KGVI Canadian penny.



All in all, a weird and fun little outing.

Nice dollar coin,its the first time that Ive seen one.Lunenberg is in the next province over,very picturesque place.Makes one wonder how that coin was dropped...did a quick search for ya

Right on, thank you! I thought I saw somewhere there were 10,000 minted but I’m not positive. Saw one for sale on eBay for $6. Not particularly valuable but a very novel find!

I got flipped off once. It was playfully after I dug a CS button.
