Any thoughts on this bill? Yes it has a yellow back but the face side is normal in every way. I would think that if it was washed that both sides would be yellow.

am on a mac and have changed file names to say jpeg and it posted ?

yes, all you have to do is change the file name to jpeg and it will post.
