One possible impact is taking a good look at all of the products that have radio tags / receptive chips on them now. Another is the smart meter systems.
There are frequencies needed to make these systems work / function.

RFID chip on everything. Expanded power grid. Expanded use of radar in vehicles. Solar storms. Magnetic pole fluctuations and movement. Millions of tons of metallic ores being dug out, moved and refined every year.
Cel phone signals. Satellite signals. Satellite interference. WIFI and Bluetooth enabled everything. I missed a few but nothing is the same in the atmosphere and the Earth itself is a dynamic system. That's not taking into effect the aging dowser may have accumulated conductive materials or just plain got old. I can't do calculus anymore, it happens.

Some would also add Chem / con - trails of unknown amounts of tons of unknown metals and other materials. Perhaps the "Harp" system etc. I'm sure there are other things as well.......LOL.
