That’s my favorite type I will try and get some up later Mike. I don’t have many I’ve found. So what’s the age of the type or was it all periods?

All time frames. They didn't waste much. I'll post some when we get back from Jeepin. The old timers didn't pick many up cuz they thgt they were just broken points and they were finding too many whole ones at the time. Thank goodness they didn't cuz there's been many a hunts that one of these made the day lol.

Well other than the triangle ones I find they leave a lot to be desired. It’s hard to decide if they are resharpened knifes or were used as scrapers. I believe they are Woodland period on the rounded end ones. But you had me going through all my frames looking for them. I have a couple more I can’t find.

I really like the material on the left; second picture.
I actually found all the rounded ones across the street from the black and white points. All those style scrapers were off one hill. When they used to turn the soil. I called it Scraper Hill cause I never found a point there. Not sure why just another mystery I guess.

I have a site like that in SE Alabama, all I ever found were hafted scrapers. A few of these were from there.

I’ve found a couple which I didn’t picture but the are stemmed knife’s unifaced and have a chisel tip I would assume they would fall under knives more than scrapers or tools.
