Hawkinsville Georgia Bottle

I fellow found this bottle on the surface in a wooded area here in SW Georgia and showed it to me. I'm thinking 1890 -1900 time frame. Seam does not go the the top. Anyone have an opinion of what this bottles age is and what the value might be?
