How much money do you go through per week?

I was going through about $2K/week in halves, and I may do more than that but not sure if the dump station tellers will like that..

How much $ do you go through per week?

right now anywhere from 1k to 5k

I'm a firm beliver in the Volume, Volume, Volume principal as well.

As I am relatively new to this group I am still working with various service managers to get my standing orders in place....in a month or 2 id like to be doing 5-10k per week between Halves, Dimes, & pennies through the ryedale.

I'm in Canada so unfortunately I can't check halves so i just do dimes... I have only been crh'ing for a month now but so far I'm checking about 4 boxes of dimes a week ($1000)

Mine fluctuates too much... So far this month Week 1 was 15 Boxes of halves and 6 boxes of dimes, Week 2 was 22 boxes of halves and 6 boxes of dimes and current week 3 is set for 36 boxes of halves (26 of which are set for Saturday) and 6 boxes of dimes.

I'm doing box road trips now where I order boxes at a location about an hour away... NYC is next on my hit list, I plan on going in in the morning with my friend and hammering out 30-40 boxes of halves in 1 day and take 20 boxes of dimes home with me.

On the low end for me 1K to 2K only. Just have to keep turning what I have. Trying to get the volume up. More volume more finds. HH Doug

They circulate rarely, but I'm pretty sure their no longer being minted.. so unless someone brings some in I cant get any, banks cant order them either. Also the silver half's and dollars are different sizes so I'm sure their super rare.

I went to 10 banks asking for half and only found one that had 10 bucks in them, none of which were silver...

I had hoped to do $1.5 - $2k per week, but work has picked up incredibly lately. Working 65 hour weeks, and can't get to the banks before they close. Even working Saturdays! Even worse, I drive a government car, so can't go to banks on my lunch hour (if I have time to take one). As it is, I've been taking some of my overtime money and buying silver, now that the price is down. I figure it makes up for what I don't find...

I'm a small timer compared to many on this board.

I am doing $1,500 to $2,000 a week, but that is a little deceiving. I'm getting a $500 box and dumping it before my second box comes in, and I'm doing the same with dimes. Fast flips is the key to my small volume.

Getting my dump banks and patterns in order has been slow, but it is getting better by the week. I could easily flip more coin if I could just get it dumped.

Two weeks into it and I'm going through USD$ 1500 a week. We've got a lot of investments and cash, but my wife won't let me float anymore until I can prove results....she just doesn't get the thrill of the hunt....

It is called "Coin Roll Hunting" and not "Coin Roll Profiting" for a reason.

Too darn much, according to Mr. Apush, as he has to haul the dumps. He was hooked, however, when he found his first Ben--after he found out how much 50 cents can net. I never laughed so hard as the cash hit my palm when we sold one time. That was all it took. He still shakes his head when 1 coin that cost 50 cents can be traded for $12.00--go figure. Gotta love this hobby. As my old compadres know, CRH paid for my daughter's wedding en toto.

I've been doing about 10k a week for the last 2 years before that about 5k for 3 or so years. Its really about what you can afford to do and the time you want to put into it. On to of they its the friends you make in the right places and the way you ready the people you meet.

Anywhere between $10K and $20K / week. BUT the key is to dump fast and recirculate the same $3K.
I agree with Apush. Really warps your perspective when you can still get $5 OR $12 for a 50 cent coin. HH Gayle

12-15K. I agree with rsc in that they key is to recirculate.I certainly don't have 15K out at one time. I dump at least 3 times a week and pick up from 4 different banks every week.

Exactly. I go through about 12K in coin per week, but only have 4K in cash available at a time. Lather, rinse, repeat.
