Got any hump back scrapers or turtle back scrapers you can share? I might have some and will go check but please add some you have found. Tell what state please.

I have these outside by my whale bone at the base of some Christmas palms. They are getting pretty bleached out by the sun. Most are just cores that expedient blades were knocked off of. Some have reworked edges & some are just broken points. All from Florida.

I have a frame from when I first started hunting with scrapers and tools I put some in hand. The round brown one is a Hematite disc. I had a archy look at it and he said they were working on it but he didn’t know why so if anyone has an idea just solve the mystery and say.

I like that black one in the middle of the middle picture.
That one is actually my first ever find, I was playing around on a pond dam when I was little looking for rocks to build a fort and i remember finding that and thinking it was a strange shape and color so I took it home and threw it in my box of rocks, it was many years before I knew what it actually was

Those oblong types are my favorite. I find mostly ovals

I know tools and scrapers aren’t as exciting as a point but when you are out there looking sometimes it’s just nice to find something worked. I know everyone finds them cause they are more plentiful than points. Thanks for the examples
