Who are these modern day sentinels and are they really watching buried treasure?
As far as I know, all of the land in the United States is either private land or public land. If you're digging on private property, without pemission, and some guy comes up to you and tells you to get the hell out of here, is he a sentinel or some rancher that don't want to have to keep an eye on you. Where I live, farmers don't want you on their land because if you do something stupid and get hurt, the farmer is held responsible.
What if you're digging on public land and a ranger tells you it's illegal to dig and you have to move on, is he a sentinel or somebody doing his or her job.
What if you're digging on public land and two guys come out of nowhere, kick the hell out of you, break your metal detector, shoot your dog and tell you to forget about any buried treasure as they walk away. Are they sentinels or two treasure hunters protecting their turf.
Fact is, if you're a treasure hunter digging for a vault and you don't have permission to search from whoever is responsible for that property, you're breaking the law.
Your legal option would be to buy the property you are searching or to trust a stranger and get permission to search for a vault loaded with gold.
