Some more of grandpas collection.
Was told this is just glass but really finding it hard to believe.
Grandpa had this thing with slicing everything to see what the inside looked like and then he would polish one side to see what that looked like.
Odd, I know but that was his way he said so never questioned just listened.

Well I understand the cutting & polishing of just one side of a stone. I have a piece of quartz that was tumbled in a river, then one side cut & polished. It makes for a spectacular light! Here are pictures of it.
