Your award/badge looks more like a fob to me. Can we see the back of the Washington Bicen? Way cool stuff dere!

Could be, check out my post tonight to ID the Fob? Also here you go on the GW token reverse. By the way I have seen one with his birth place on the reverse but mine has his home.

There were lots of different types to the above but they are all 1837. (To Hanover Token).

Re: July's Finds. It was a good month.

Does anyone else notice something about the large cent? The outline/bust looks different to me...and the date looks to be in a different spot...just all around different. Anyway, those are some sweet digs. The barber looks great. Nice month Ed. 8)

Re: July's Finds. It was a good month.

The back of the fob is blank, no marks or lettering. Crusader, It is not a 1937. You probably cannot see it but the writing is Queen on the left Victoria on the right. Also it is a small date. So small I cannot read it but it was there. The base of the horse and rider pattern on the back had a different curl for the head of the dragon? at the bottom. I look for hours over a couple of days. These photos of ones for sale were the most telling to me.

I added the back view, shows larger wing on the dragon, should be 1830 not 1837?
What do you think?

you should have saved the trash, to show us how much of it you had to dig to get the pearls.
