🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Medium sized button with pattern around the shank. Found at english settler site.

Found this medium sized button with a pattern around the shank. I have some other buttons with the same pattern and I'm wondering if the pattern can help me identify exactly where the buttons were made or who by.

Found at an English settler site along with other items that date from the late 1700s.

Any ideas?

well i think thats going to be very hard without some lettering. I mean what would you even call those things in the pattern? arrows? leaves? hearts?

Normally referred to as a Wreath.

well these seem to be the same or extremely similar buttons. i cant see the the 3 stars on yours but looks like the spot they would be is pretty worn down.
