Here are some Montana artifacts that I have found. Some have already been posted and a few have not been shared before. I guess that I have been reluctant to share until now.

What is the red material on that fantastic Clovis?

I am not good with lithics, but there is similar material found southeast of where I live. But I have not found that brighter red tint.

They are all wonderful artifacts. Really -Museum Grade.
But, this one is a clock stopper!
I can only imagine the emotions in the moment you saw it, and knew that it was ‘ ‘a once in ten collector’s life times’ finds.
