Where are the two Projectile Points you say you found? I don't see them in any of your pictures. Also, that stone isn't drilled and the piece in the middle isn't a Drill. They are all natural stones.

Welcome to the site Ee. The last 2 you posted are scrapers. You might have some others in the first pic but it isnt a good picture kinda dark. Take your pics outside and use the marco setting. Thanks, rock

Sometimes it takes time. Do not get discouraged. I am seeing some worked pieces in the pile and a possible scaper which would be your best tool. Sometimes we sound harsh when we say just a "rock" but we really are not. We all started right where you are and this boards goal is to help you any way we can. Keep posting sir.

The rock you thought was a drill has a very....anatomical....shape.

EE you are onto something...you have plenty of flakes there and will find one real soon. Study those flakes so you k ow your lithics. Then no matter where you are at in your location your eye will spot that lithic out from the rest of the stones.......good luck it is only a matter of time....welcome to the forum.....

I think you may have a couple of scrapers, and a very nice burin, or graver (top row center first pic). I saw plenty of debitage, but no garbage. Hang in there eagle eye, you will learn the lingo too.

Eagle, i did not find anything like you did my first dozen trips, and none of it is garbage. If it was i have literally have 2 dozen boxes of garbage myself. I only started last fall hunting myself. My first find was not a stone artifact, it was10 to 25 thousand year old Bison Antiquus bones. Keep up the good work and Happy Hunting!

EE, you are in a good spot so keep looking. You have lots of chips which I also collect. I collect the chips to compare knapping materials that have been used. The large red rock you called coprolite looks like a concretion.
Stay out there, keep your head down, walk into the sun and walk slow.
