Hey guys,
I'm so stoked and excited, words can not express my feelings at the moment about this truly amazing find. I was using my new teknetics delta 4000 in a gridded search of my back yard. Sure enough my old tree has produced yet another coin. I'm not sure how long I was out there but I think it was well over an hour. After a long search, I had a weird signal and the object was 3 inches deep. It was choppy but the sound was a sweet signal and kept coming up as dime, quarter, 50 cents.
I made a small plug, and low and behold something round and shiny popped out after shaking the dirt. After picking it up and carefully cleaning it off I saw her, the seated liberty.
The front may be slightly eroded but I didn't care about the condition, it was still beautiful. The back however with the wreath and one dime looks brand new. My hands were shaking and adrenalin was definitely rushing through me as it did when I found the mercury dime. It was great to experience the same thrill again. I unfortunately can not make ot the date but I do see the number 18. can anyone else figure it out or should I clean it or not? I also found two buckles and a clock gear too.
Here are the pictures, enjoy!

This makes silver number 2. I can gladly check this off of my hunting list
