Well I didn't let the weather stop me today, and I am glad of it! I pulled my first seated coin. A 1891 seated dime. This thing is so worn down. Let's see who has the most worn down coin, I would love to see some of your finds! HH DSC00433.webpDSC00435.webpDSC00438.webp

I won't bother with photos, but had plenty of 'totally blank' silver coins - sixpences most common, & some Shillings.

Well, just to make sure Buckleboy doesn't win I'll do it for you. :)

Perhaps not the most worn down, but Certainly the most Worn Out! Here is my new contribution, just to steal the contest away from Iron Patch again. :D

This is a half dime that was cut to pay for something, holed, bent by the plow, AND burned in a fire! I'm ready for the banner nomination on this one. Won't it look good up top? :tard:

I shall raise you one v-nickel (thought it was a slug when dug up)... but Iron Patch has set a high (or should I say, low) standard!
