LOL Quote: " All of ths Stuff is Super Dooper Old "
Not as Old as the Man who Says 'Super Dooper' :laughing7:

Something tells me it's Not that Deep in the Woods !
Doesn't look like The house is even 100 Years Old yet.
Looks like a Late 40's Early 50's Style to me

I tried to watch. Really.

Damn what an idiot.

Why don't we start with permissions to be on the property; let alone in the house? Or are viewers supposed to be inspired to act similarly?
Storm door is around 30 year old vintage.
Around here that house would be for sale in most cases.

One home down the road a guy was killed out back. Place has sat empty a very long time. Decades .
That does not mean unowned! That does not mean come explore! It doesn't even mean set foot on the property!
It is NUNYA!

I have a Hunch He was Given Permission .
unless he toured it Before Videoing the Door was ajar like "Help Yourself:"

on Ownership , There are Many Places in PA that are Truly Abandond.
& Owned by No One. The RR Pays Taxes on the Abanndond RR Land and the Persons Living there Don't .

Same Goes For Abandoned Mining land. The Buildings are Not on the Tax Roll

Just Like Centralia. The Propety is Supposed to Be Vacated Perminantly and destroyed when The Owners Die. (I'v been told it's called a 99 year Lease

99-year lease) But Sometimes Family Members Or Squatters Move in Before Anyone Notices.

and I guess the Leasers Have also Disappeard by now.

Of course the Property Within may be Different if an Owner or Relative of a Deceased owner ???

Getting caught trespassing in someone's hunting camp would be embarrassing.
Finding one broke into prior isn't uncommon as far as the door being ajar.
Which for the sake of this video is as suspicious as multiple other factors...

yes there is another Videoer here in PA JP Someting I think.
He calls it an 'Open Door Policy' :laughing7: I suppose he could Break in
off Camera & then Say Lookey Here , Open Door :coffee2:

He does Respect No Trespasssing Signs Though

One say they're going to be sporting an extra hole.
I know folks that don't answer the door, and they don't lock them either.
But open it and one might find it could be the last one they opened uninvited.
These 🤡 need to be enlightened.
No respect period.

These Are All on the 99 Year Lease of an Abandond RR

the original leases over 100 Years. Houses Mid 1800's

Altough I'm Thinking the One Far right Snuck a House Trailer In :tongue3:

I Knew the Man who lived in This one

& Was How I Heard about the RR's 99 Year Lease
he moved in and restored it. died about a month ago

So many videos on Youtube of people saying they're "exploring" when in reality they're blatantly trespassing, sometimes breaking into people's property, and often they're keeping quiet to avoid being caught in the act, and YouTube just permits these crimes as acceptable content, and don't get me started on the fraud treasure hunting videos where fake treasure hunters, with the best equipment, find millions of dollars worth of gold from Atlantis every week.

These videos are the reason I go to PUBLIC land to find things like ruins, or other things of the sort. don't have to worry too much about legalities.
