Native American Tool???

Hello

I found this while Metal detecting a beach in Long Island New York.
It looks like a lot of Native American Tools that I have found online.
Does anyone know what this could be? A rock is not the answer that I’m looking for. I already know that info.

Looks like granite.
I see no evidence of humans working on this piece.
So i'm afraid I would have to say it's a ____.

It looks a little like that Pop Tart that the 7 year old kid chewed into the shape of a gun. He was of course immediately suspended for that. A completely rational decision in my opinion because It WAS loaded. With fruit filling.
