Hi I am trying to find information on this figure. It reminds me of puck from A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Around 5 inches tall. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your help too.

Sadly it's not a high quality piece. It's what's known as a "putto" (plural: "putti"), which doesn't depict anyone in particular. It's the general term for renaissance-style cherub-like infant boys, usually depicted naked and often playing a small musical instrument such as a flute, the pipes, a lute, lyre or whatever.

Maybe someone can track down the mark but I don't immediately recognise it, save to say I would think it's German (possibly Bavaria) and not from a leading maker. There are hundreds of variations on shields with an Imperial crown, with pieces like this typically being late 19th to early 20th Century.
