The crooks knew what they was doing because this sounds like an inside job within the law enforcement. Someone leaked the info to the crooks for a split. It was not miners who stole there gold they need to do an investigation on everyone who knew the gold was there, stop blaming us miners. The EPA probably pulled off that bs to blam us miners... We haven't seen the end of this kind of thing. I believe I predicted this kind of thing a few months ago. It will get worse as the price of gold goes further up. 6 year old kids are getting their chains torn right off their necks here in CA. Why a parent would let a 6 yr-old...... anyway, keep that jewelry hidden or at home. TTC

It's funny, I had the same thought you did as to who or how it was done. Inside job.

"Gold Rush" or "prospectors" have nothing to do with it. Stupid sensationalist title, typical of today's sloppy and errant reporters. It's all about attention grabbing headlines.
