✅ SOLVED Non-Magnetic Foilish Thing?

I am relatively new to metal detecting. What is this thing? Is is somewhat flexible at the end, and non-magnetic.

Oh, and it was found on a private beach if that helps/

Looks like melted beer or soda can slag from a fire pit. We see a lot of that on the Ca. beaches that have fire pits
