odd hallmark?

i have a ring that is gold in color with a ruby in it and the only marking on it is inside of the band and it looks to be a hammer? anyone know what this mark means?

jeff0172, he means to show it with the hallmark. Have the guy send you a pic of the hallmark

That doesn't even look like a hammer , more like a script like T.

Try to google hallmarks and you may get lucky

could of someone had it resized and some of the hallmarks where cut out? i have looked all over the internet with no luck it says it weighs 21g
