Please any info on this (cup?) would be greatly appreciated..
Top ring is (3 inches and 1/4), bottom ring is (3 inches and 1/2) diameter and it is (2 and 7/8) inches high. It also I believe it says "J M" or " D M"..."I'm not sure.

You're welcome. It's really hard to tell without seeing it in person, but it looks to be 'mammy made.' I've always liked the cobalt blue crockery. :) Breezie
