An uncle of mine. Died in Italy WWII. Paperwork showed him at 6’7” barefooted. Huge for that time. Photo believed to be taken in Louisa Co. Iowa.

Clayton County Iowa. Believed to be in late 1940s. That is one tough looking animal. The farmer was a great uncle of mine.
