This was soooo good I gotta pass it on to you guys.Pork Butt Roast basted with 1/3 BBQ sauce mixed w/ 2/3 Blackberry Brandy.Cook 350* for 4 hrs ,12 pounds for $6.00 bucks YUM !
Then if you want pulled pork ,pull it apart w/2 forks while its still hot.Trim the fat off.Let it cool ,then bag & freeze it for later use

Looking good... we do something similar with pork shoulder and likewise freeze it up in 2 portion sizes. Ours gets cooked in the slow cooker.
