Extra king size tub ?

What... 4 foot 2 inches isn't tall ?

Tom, that girl in the video I posted was married to the lead singer of the band being shown. She was a looker !. That Lead singer was playing with Ringo Starr last I heard, so he is not dead. I saw a picture of that girl, ( his ex-wife ), and she must have gotten into drugs because she did not look good. You wonder just what would have happened if they did not abuse drugs and alcohol...
The McCoys were the AND for JONNY WINTER AND, Rick Derringer (singer of the McCoys) wrote "Rock n Roll Hoochie Coo" which mentions "a band called the Jokers"-Dickie Betts band before he joined THE ALLMAN BROTHERS.
"Rikki Don't Lose That Number" was written about Rick Derringer.

Hey you know, anything over 4' is tall to us Pygmies crying-with-laughter.gif

Rick Derringer reminded me, ( in looks ), of David Cassidy from the Partridge Family. Nice to see Rick still going strong. He will be 71 in a few more months.

Here's a version of Hey Joe....not to bad.
Hendrix slowed down "Hey Joe"
The Leaves had an American single in 1996 with a faster version, and the BYRDS also had a faster version with McGuinn's 12-string Rick playing fast counterpoint leads against Crosby's frenzied vocal.

I saw the McCoys live during the "Sloopy" period, as well as the THE BEATLES Sept 11, 1964 at the GATOR BOWL, so I'. mot that far behind.
...still have 14 guitars and 3 amps.
Rust never sleeps. 8-)

Roger McGuinn on his Rickenbacker was so sweet sounding. A tuning nightmare. I use to correspond with him. Super nice guy. Sounds like you have very nice collection of guitars ! :notworthy: What is your favorite ? What kind of amps, any of them Fender or Marshall ?

Derek Trucks... son of Butch Trucks... who died in Jan of last year... was a acquaintance / friend of mine.

Hey ECS, still have calluses on your finger tips ? Smiley playing guitar.webp

I use to hang out with Derek and watch him play ... err tear the roof off of little clubs in the Carolina mountains for a bit.
