Sitting in the airport and wanted to share this. Decided to battle the heat of the low country to do some digging with friends for 2 days. Lord was it worth it. There’s nothing like seeing gold in that dark soil. They are beautiful. A 7th reg of foot button and a few KG half pennies have came from this area.
