Ring #63 Is Nothing Like The One In My Dream

Hi all,

Last night I actually had a dream I was MDing and found a large gold men's ring with a bunch of diamonds..I can't believe I'm actually detecting in my sleep Besides the weather, that was most likely my motivation to hunt again today.

We missed the ice/snow Chicago and much of the midwest got last night, and the temps are warm today (despite a little freezing rain we had yesterday morning) so I had the chance to get out again this morning.

I went to some school fields and came up with a soccer medal, about $10 in clad (more quarters than anything) and at the last school I came across a ring with 6 small red stones. The inside is stamped DAG or DAC from what I can tell.

Every day that goes by I think it may be the last time I get to hunt before the bad weather comes, so I guess I'll keep at it until it gets too cold.

Thanks alot Nick, man did you see the sky before the "monsoon" hit? I was in the middle of a schoolyard field when the sky got REALLY dark..when I saw the clouds heading in my direction I took off running to my truck..it poured 30 seconds after I shut the door..the wind was outrageous and we even had tree damage in our neighborhood..now it's freezing cold, and to think it was 60 degrees at noon! Looks like winter came back with a vengeance..
