You mean Shackleton? Amazing, truly amazing story of survival and leadership.

At one point my wife and I owned a 24 ft yawl similar to the lifeboat he used to seek help. I can't imagine a journey like his in the conditions they faced. I've been scared for my life in 10 foot seas (in a 34 ft sailboat). He navigated through 60 ft seas - which would destroy MUCH larger ships. In unimaginable cold with scant supplies. And returned and saved ALL of the crew he left behind.

Nice catch. I lived near Shackleford Banks for 20 years, and typed without thinking. His story is truly an amazing story of survival.
