Can you tell I haven't been Hunting for a while?
I got this 1853 Seated Dime, & a 1940 Canada Quarter,
Anyone got better< Er' I mean worse?

Before they made it off limits, due to some weird avian plague, and various pollutants, we were detecting at Denver's City Parks Duck Lake.
The type of quarter dug will never be known, and the 1900 Morgan was a crying shame. When I dug it, you could see every detail of the coin, all nice and crisp. And then it just started to flake off, primarily caused by all the duck and geese poop.

As worn as they are you can read the date on both..1776,1795

No it's great because they are easy to keep! Back when I started to find early buttons but didn't know what they were, I did hope every one I dug would be a big score but there was also a little part of me that wanted the value to be low so I wouldn't be tempted to sell.
