New to this forum. Made it down to a local beach today. With swells was hoping for something but beach looked pretty bleak when I arrived. A zinclon here and there. Scanned the waterline and observed one 40ft section where the gravel line and beach in general went 4ft into the slope. With the low spot identified off I went. It was target rich. Even got some quarters that were laying on the surface. All green coins so eroding out. Best find was a 6 gram silver ring. Over $13 in change. over 30 quarters and one dollar coin. Plenty of nickels and fishing wts too. Some keys and arcade tokens. Nothing anywhere else along the beach. Just this one spot that was eroding out heavy targets. No gold today but never mind getting over 120 coins and a nice silver in only 2hrs. Kept going over the same area as when one target was dug another target near it could now be found. Also as the waves hit the area more targets wold erode out. Swell finally ran me off. Hope conditions improve or I keep finding these pockets.
