Not a dump find but a 1979 10 h.p. Briggs from similar era is on my driveway.
That tiller will be usable again easy enough unless the gear box is gone /wiped out.
Looks very much like a model that liked to break handle bars where they go under plate behind throttle lever. (It's that familier. l.o.l..)

Lots of projects and recycling potential there.

Gramps lived in a very remote area hours from a small town. It was subject to frequent major flood and fire catastrophes resulting in being trapped for long periods of time. He packed lots of garbage home and reused it as a matter of necessity. Didn’t hurt he was raised during the depression in an orphanage. He kept it clean and organized for grandma. We are still benefitting from his trash collecting days. None of it was sold for profit (he worked a regular job for that) but it served a real purpose.
