Some Wonders of The Universe

[Ray S S]

Here are some pics from our Space file. These are all pics that my nephew put on here
through some website from NASA. They are photos taken in outer space, except for the
last one, which seems to be a painting and titled 'Wallpaper'.
They are a little different than what you see everyday so I hope you enjoy looking
at something different.

Have a good day,
Ray

Cool pics! Have always enjoyed space pics. Somewhere's I've got some that NASA sent me back in '69/'70 right after Apollo 11 along with a copy of the plaque on the leg of the Lunar Module base that's still on the moon.

Those are cool. I always liked that picture of the earth taken from way out in space. When I'd just get wound up about day to day things and just feel overcome by it all, I could look at that and say 'well, that certainly puts it all in the proper perspective'!

And think, it only took 6 days.

Thanks for the different pespective, now I can add to my "everthing is beautiful...." springtime feeling this morning. God's work is beautiful all the way up there too. I'm pretty sure this feeling is fed by the fact that's it's Saturday morning, and It's not thunderering out there! Thanks for sharing,

Stoney56, sounds like those would be some good pics, and a copy of that plaque definitly be something
to hang on to.

RGINN, I have a couple other good shots of earth. I'll make it a point to put them on here with the
next bunch.

Stoney56, You are right, Stoney, and on the seventh day He Rested.

Hi Granny, they do take some great shots. Some of the pics that were taken in outer space by Nasa
are really amazing.

Naturegirl, Yes, God's handiwork is always beautiful. It is really outstanding in outer space with
the black void of space sourrounding your subject. I can relate to your joy about it not thundering
when you get up. After a lot of rain and storm, the clear sky and sunshine are a very welcome sight.

Granny, I hope your weather continues to be nice so your granddaughter can play her soccor game.

4-H staff, Thanks for posting your own space pics. They are very pretty. A lot of people seem to like
pics of outer space so i'll round up a few more from the files and post them in a week or two.

Thank you all for looking at my space pics and taking the time to reply

You all have a nice holiday

Hi, Bobby,
Thanks for looking and for your response. I am glad that you liked the pic well enough to
use it for your wallpaper. That is quite a complement. Thank you.
Happy Hunting
RAY

tEXASTEE,
He sure does do amazing things, and it is obvious whether you are looking at things here
on earth or in looking at the stars and various planets.
Thank you for your reply.

Hola! Don Jose,
