10 targets all evening last......................started to go home - blocks and blocks not a sound............god i hate that. then the surfgod dropped one tiny one on me.

tiny 14k jumped out and a mothers ring on sunday.

those are great finds, I feel sorry for the mom her lost her ring I would be heart broken to loose mine, but then again I know not to wear it to the beach

u know it must be sad for sure.......................i have found several over the years, i found one in 2004 or 05 - had 5 stones and looked to be very old. u know that lady had to be heartbroken for sure.

Ditto on the comments about losing the mother's rings. I can't count the times I've told ladies NOT to wear their jewelry to the beach! I have finally stopped telling them. After all if they start listening to me.... what will we find? All kidding aside everytime. almost everytime I say don't wear your rings to the beach I get.... "oh mine are on very tight and I won't lose them" Oh well..... good luck to us. Very nice finds WTG

My 11 year old grandaughter wore her new "peace" ring to the beach and lost it last weekend. She wanted her Dad to replace it as it was his fault! (Coached by her id iot Mom). Dad said it is your responsibility, you lost it your fault! I had to pat him on the back. One fine son I am proud of. Id iot mom is estranged thank God! I told her I would look for it with my underwater detector when I go down there next time. Follow up: My son bought her a Peace necklace and ear rings for her birthday. Slipped in a note that said, "This should go good with the new ring I'm sure your mother will buy you"! Good for him although he'll get a cussing on the phone. But that's another story.
