My pops loved Waylon Jennings!
He was part of a honky-tonk band before I was born.
They never had a single gig, but still kept the neighbors up the third Saturday night every month for years.
According to my mother anyways.

Quite an entertainer. Had quite the band too...
Recent story . A couple at the place we were watching a favorite band a week or two ago kept bumping past to dance.
The guy put his hand on my shoulder and said "you have crutches ,you should dance."
I told him I could still do the injured minnow just fine...
When they went past again to dance together again (close) I hopped my way over on my one leg and cut in... It went well , albeit briefly.
We had a good laugh after.

Suzuki 1200R..I crashed it many years ago.
I miss that ride.
