I'm OK. Thanks to Makers mark, scotch and beer. I have slowed way down on drinking actually take a few days off... don't like it under the influence is how I roll! well, not really...or maybe? Mary wanna is legal in Oregon now....so...
I hope you are keeping your demons at bay... or better yet in chains!!

Oh have been doing a lot of log home building traditional ax and saw, and some tools that are new to me. I now weigh 270 (down from 290) and am a hell of a lot stronger! 6' 5" and not as fat as I once was...
