Thanks for the reply DieselRam, glad to see I got you fired up.
1. An AR is any gun that holds more then 10 bullets in a clip. Why do you need more?
2. The slippery slope argument can be used for anything. It is a circular argument. Why not let private citizens own tanks, and mortars, and bombs?
3. No, I don't want to take sportman's guns. Nobody is suggesting this. I don't know a single person that hunts with an assault rifle. Are you that paranoid?
4. "March to Socialism"...you got to be kidding me. Is there any other country you would rather live in? Seriously, name one. Do you want to live in a lawless society?
5. Why are you comparing suction dredging to the death of innocent children? Last time I checked, you can't force your way into a school with a suction dredge and kill innocent people.
6. You didn't give me a number. Please, do you have to have one? Tell me how many children have to die. If not 1,000,000...how about 10,000,000?
7. Yes, I welcome intelligent comments. I realize my words are laced with emotion. The conversation is.
As far as a number it as stated in my Second post is ONE! Maybe you should read the rest of the thread before you jump and try to prove a ridiculous point. The slippery slope argument is VALID your saying it is not does not make it so. You do look very foolish I hope you know.
