The 8x will easily see a cannon... up to 6 foot deep with stock V2 coil.

With skid... 8 foot +/- deep... four feet to either side of the coil (12 foot total width) known to hit at more depending.

So they claim ARC.......my verdict is still out on our units performance. I'll get to use the pulse 8 x tomorrow.....could be that I'm not as familiar with that unit having only used it a few times. Its constantly making chatter.....although it does sound off hard with a target under the coil.

Guess my sister in law lost her atocha coin 2 nights ago swimming at the boat dock. So I'll be down there with the hookah searching for it. This is the third atocha coin she has lost....mel fisher would love this chic....shes there best customer !! Shes terrified to tell her husband until I look. Probably she wont say a word to him if I find it !!

We have the skid for that unit.....I havnt used it yet. Easier to jump in with the DX 300 wich also looks very deep. I'm sure there will be a time when the skid coil will have to be used....hope that time comes sooner than later.

I found an interesting story the other day. A couple years ago, I was told Morgan's Raiders came into Ohio. So I researched it. I only found out that they briefly crossed into Ohio and then Indiana. A month ago, a FB friend clued me in on some more information and then the other day I found this story:



I find it quite interesting and curious that they were so far north.

I also found this to be a little out of the norm, being as there was supposed to be such bitterness between the sides:
