There is talk of a FIFTH booster shot ,really

Then there will be the 6th.... and 7th... and 8th... and then the 9th.... and then the....

Like getting new Versions of Windows to operate correctly.

Someone smell money ? ? ?

You all might as well stand in line to get booster shot... and then after you get it...

just go get back in line.

We are lead to believe that it would be so easy as

[pepperj]

Jim, to get a PCR test covered by OHIP, all one has to do is contact their family doctor and they can request a test.

There's not enough "FREE" test strips
Buy online $200+
Go to the mall $70
Go to the Dr="Sorry we haven't got any-only for hte health professionals and essential.

Do you see sir there's a slight problem-no test strips for the common folks.

Hihope everyone is good......WD...keep your chin up....things can only get better. So happy to here that your daughter only sustained minor injuries from such a major crash !! Hope mr. WD feels better...give him my best, and tell him the fish will be biting when he's better !!

We can do it-YES!!!
Just one more time-do it!!!
Lets take it one more time
We're just about there...........(little voice screaming in wind)

[ARC]

Morning Bart

Sorry to hear about your wife coming down with a cold. I believe you said you were both vaccinated. Hopefully they will do what is claimed and she won’t be as sick. Meanwhile, mr WD is feeling worse today. He is unvaccinated.

That's not good news WD that your man isn't up and about yet.
Here I thought he'd be back up and helping you do the duties....

I think there would be whole lot of hurting going on.

But wait , I thought the all mighty vaccine was suppose to stop it

Roger, Like most things in life nothing is perfect. The vaccine should increase your odds of not getting deathly ill. No silver bullet just gives you a better chance of surviving it with hopefully minimal long term effects. Getting my booster Thursday to be on the safe side.

Jim, The missus lucked out and managed to get some at a less busy pharmacy last week. She also order some online from the company earlier on for $60. So we're covered....funny thing is zero socializing so we probably don't need the strips anyway....

LOL

Roger, Here's the factual info about what the vaccine does and doesn't do.

Survival rates for COVID-19 misrepresented in posts

Missing context. On average about 98.2% of known COVID-19 patients in the U.S. survive, but each individual’s chance of dying from the virus will vary depending on their age, whether they have an underlying health condition and whether they are vaccinated.

Notice there's the "should & hopefully" - this is what revolving science is all about.....

Jim, That's what the booster is for the omicron variant wasn't around at that time. The medical professionals like us are dealing with a moving target.

Kind of like for hunters are not guaranteed you're going to hit the target bang on. Or the same analogy applies to metal detecting we have banner outings and other times we get skunked.
