Someone should work on figuring out what the the other chemicals are that cause the various effects. Assuming this is realistic and accurate as to the effects. Not just name games.
AI takes a stab at it. :dontknow: :icon_scratch::hello:

Marijuana produces its wide range of physical and mental effects through a complex mix of over 500 chemical compounds. The primary active substances fall into a few key categories, working together to create your specific experience.
  • Cannabinoids: These are the most well-known active agents.
  • Terpenes: Aromatic oils that shape the scent and overall experience.
  • Flavonoids: Additional phytonutrients that contribute to color and potential effects.
  • More than 100 different cannabinoids exist in the plant, but these are the main drivers of its biological effects.
    • THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol): The most famous psychoactive component. It mimics your body's natural chemical anandamide and binds with \(CB1\) receptors in your brain, producing the signature "high" along with euphoria and an altered perception of time.
    • CBD (Cannabidiol): Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive. It often mitigates the intoxicating effects of THC, offering more of a relaxing, anti-anxiety, and calming physical effect without the "high".
    • CBN (Cannabinol): Produced as THC ages and degrades. It is mildly psychoactive and generally associated with sedative, heavily relaxing effects.
    • CBG (Cannabigerol): The chemical "stem cell" from which other cannabinoids are created. It is known for potential pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties without intoxication.
    • Terpenes and the "Entourage Effect"
The unique aroma and specific "vibe" of various strains of marijuana largely come down to terpenes. Beyond smell, terpenes influence the body by interacting with the cannabinoids. This synergistic relationship is known as the "entourage effect"
      • Myrcene: An earthy, musky terpene known for deeply relaxing, sedative effects (often called "couch-lock").
      • Limonene: Found in citrus rinds, it is known to elevate mood, reduce stress, and provide energizing effects.
      • Linalool: Also found in lavender, it promotes calming, anti-anxiety, and relaxation properties.
      • Raw vs. Heated Forms
It is also worth noting that in the raw, unheated plant, these chemicals largely exist as inactive acids (such as THCA and CBDA). When exposed to heat (like smoking or vaporizing), these acids undergo a chemical conversion—a process called decarboxylation—that unlocks their active psychoactive

No coffee one with jittery symptoms? Dang it!
They got 'em !!!

Marijuana with coffee-like effects—often called the "hippie speedball"—pairs energizing sativa or uplifting hybrid strains with caffeine. This combination produces "focused euphoria," where alertness meets relaxation, sparking creativity while smoothing out the jittery side effects of coffee.

Top Strains for a "Morning Boost"
  • Sour Diesel: A classic, citrusy sativa that delivers cerebral uplift and highly energizing effects.
  • Durban Poison: Provides a clear-headed, jitter-free buzz that boosts creativity.
  • Green Crack: Known for a fast-acting, energetic, and focused high that pairs beautifully with a strong brew.
  • Terpenes to Look For
To mimic coffee's alertness, look for strains containing these specific cannabis compounds:
    • Pinene: Enhances focus, memory retention, and alertness.
    • Limonene: Provides an uplifting mood boost (often found in citrus-forward strains).
    • How to Achieve the Effect
You can achieve the coffee-effect in two ways:
      1. Classic Pairing: Sip your morning coffee alongside a light microdose of a sativa-dominant flower.
      2. Infusions: Try pre-made THC or CBD coffee drops, or cannabis-infused coffee beans. The CBD-to-caffeine ratio works exceptionally well to keep you energized without the crash.

Were I to visit a clinic dollar in hand I'd first inquire of your mentioned [ Linalool: Also found in lavender, it promotes calming, anti-anxiety, and relaxation properties].

Neuralgia type convulsions at amputation site need calmed down at times. They cost a night's attempted rest now and then. But I don't want to be sedated either.
I quit pain meds (under supervision due to the cocktail and withdrawal potential) to retrieve some semblence of thought ability after getting lost on a road I'd been using many years.

25+ years ago I had gotten bit by a Brown Recluse Spider on my right side of the leg at the sock line.

24 hrs later the red line was up past the knee in the inner side. The bite mark area was some ugly.
I called emergency and they told me it was a 4 hr wait on the phone.
I got there, they looked at the leg, less than 10 minutes I was in a room, 3 Doctors looking at the leg......
SPIDER BITE
I will add it had a real attitude.
They say you have a lot of tissue death/rot from a Brown Recluse bite, how did you fare?

I knew a guy that ended up with a 3" round X 1" deep scar from a bite.

It bit me right on a U shaped scar. So it was tough skin.
The U shaped scar on the leg was from a large 5hp Swan horizontal compressor tipping off the forks.
Cement wall, steel door to solvent room, forklift, me, repeat x4.
14 stitches to the leg, 6-10 in the head. More bumps and shapes, bruises than an Ali 10 round ring match.

Lesson from the school of hard knocks. See if forklift operator hasn't smoked a reefer st lunch.
That was 1 life spent.

Boy I remember when we were kids I loved mixing the frozen OJ concentrate into juice, I would eat half of it right out of the can...unless my parent/s were watching!!!

I always complained about mixing it so they would make me do it!! LOL

Tractor 101:
Bush hog has been sitting for 2 years.
PTO shaft stuck.
Put the bar through the universal, pounded it.
It didn't move.
Put the bar through it again, wrapped the chain around the bar. Hooked it to the bucket.
Lifted the bucket up.
