Deep V matting at the top of the sluice, right after the chalkboard paint (miller table tech) slick plate. It gives me an instant indicator of gold, test panning my ass it's test sluicing !!!

Morning everyone 
That's about a 1957.
A 3.5 looking similar is coming up at auction.
The dual fuel lines and tank rely on a pulse of air.
Meaning a gasket leak of the tanks different system than more modern tanks ; interrupts that pulse.
Almost seperate from modern E.P.A. garbage unvented tanks , but how are dual line tanks vented if a air intrusion /leak affects the pulse?
There is a modification to go to single line and adding a fuel pump on the bigger ( though still small h.p. ) motors by installing a plate on the engine manifold.

Yesterday I took a file to the prop.
I need sand paper and paint to go farther on it.
Should grab paint for the lower unit too. The Tropic green or whatever won't have a match at the big box store ; but getting the corrosion in check matters more.
