Here's a few foodie shots. The carrot salad, instead of tossing out the lemon peel I just chop it up and each time I add some sprinkle some coarse salt on it. Goes great with fish or anything you want a bit of lemon taste added.

There's the leek and potato soup and the slow cooker perking away with the ribs.

The missus picked up a fairly recent used vehicle this a.m. 2016 mazda CX-5 with a bunch of extras. She managed to negotiate a free set of winter tires in the price so not a bad deal.
