As far as I understand things - you're one who uses GE and other sources to gain your information. I've watched you for years and you never once, have stated you've been there deep within the Supes. You talk a good game, but I question as if you've ever been out there. Don't get me wrong, I believe you DO have some good comments and observations, as many do here on TN - what troubles me at times, is that you make such strong statements and badger others who've actually been in there and that has occurred more than once over the years.

I say all this with Grace and not condemnation, so please don't take this as an attack on you personally. At times I enjoy your views, as strange as they might seem at the time. I believe ALL should be able to comment and share - regardless of whether ever being in there or not.

Have any photos of your work out there in the Supes? Are there any particular areas your research has lead you to and have focused on?

Personally, I've made only one trip in there so far (just being honest); Hackberry Springs. I'll be heading deeper in there later this year.

Personally, I'm not a promoter of myself like many others. I don't consider myself an actor in the Superstition's saga. Maybe I was there, maybe not. This is a mistery for now. There are people who know the truth, but are not writing about it. Facts speak lοuder than tall tales promoter's statements.
If you want to learn the truth, listen to what I have to say, and maybe one day you will see your dreams to come true. I hate people who want to make money with lies or licking others to gain recognition. Play the game fairly and you will be compensated at the end of the road.

Keep in mind this is not a map but a general drawing the Woodbury family had made of their gold claims. Their main focus was their copper mines. They were trying to find investors to develope all of their claims. They had about 80. There is a huge deep copper deposit under the Woodbury Frazier ranch area. The Woodbury sent the brother to California with $75000 in gold from the Pitt mine area looking for investors. The brother returned without the gold or a investor. He had one hell of a party. The Ashford map along with a profile map in English were found by Jack hidden between photos in a album at the Barkley's. Jack was given permission to copy for his cowboy book. Tex had the maps hidden and are the missing Ruth maps. Tex could not figure them out. This caused a rift between him and Bark who found out Tex had them. Bark wrote a letter to Tex's wife trying to get her to talk Tex into showing him the maps. Ruth was looking for this area. I suspect he picked up a copy of the Ashford drawing in California. The drawing is not exact. You need to refer to the Carlson map.

Anyway, here`s one that you don`t have to bust your balls trying to figure out where it is. Red dot is the Ore Cart Mine or whatever they call it.

Kraigmar who has found anything looking at your GE photos. Licking others?

In 2008 I was wandering around in the Woodbury/Frazier ranch area and came across a covered hole/pit/mine. It was covered with boards and there was fencing around it - I assume to keep people from messing around there and falling in. There were what looked like tailings containing azurite all over the place. I only took a small piece just to test it at work and see if it was indeed azurite (which it was).

They did a mineral study before the wilderness area borderline was drawn. If you look at the map there is a big circle around the ranch. There is a huge copper deposit under the ranch. It's a couple thousand feet down. The day will come when it will be mined. The owners get a nice check for the rights to mine.

Yeah I was wondering when that might happen what with the Oak Flat / Resolution Copper Mine project most likely not being stopped - despite a lot of legal delays and San Carlos objections.

Resolution has a blanket lode claim covering lower Hewitt. They have been testing the water for minerals. They want to use that area as their dump.

How lovely - NOT!!! What an eyesore the whole thing is gonna be one day - from the mine to the dump area. Glad I was able to see it when it was still special.

Getting back to the doodle, the image below shows the doodle flipped horizontally, and the second image shows a view of the needle slightly east of it and looking to the south. I'm completely open-minded as to whether the doodle is a hoax or not, and if it is credible as to whether it should be viewed as it is, or reversed.

I'm just exploring different points of view on the subject without promoting one above any other. I have to say, though, that I enjoy perpetuating the legend, and through the efforts of many people doing so it has brought in some extra tourist dollars to the Phoenix area. I personally get pleasure by doing some deductive reasoning, not only concerning the LDM, but also other topics. My favorite TV channel is "True Crime Network", so I think you can guess how my mind works.

You are correct to explore different points of view - how else is anyone going to solve anything at this point. In my opinion, don't reverse the image - go with exactly as you see it. I certainly can't validate the "doodle", as I don't think anyone can today, but have a guess that, it IS a valid view in the Supes. Not to forget to mention, there's NO arrow with feathers that would signify a reversal of an image.
