I went to a local park again today and had a great time. The first hole i dug had a wheat penny so i was like .. hey cool, at least it's a little old. Then my next hole was a solid beep about 5 inches down. It was a 1856-B France 5 Centimes. (I didn't know what it was till Pocket Change identified it for me (Thank you). I was stoked after digging
that one. Then my next beep was all over ... i was thinking trash, trash and more trash
but there was a penny dime signal coming in. I dug and bam a 1904 v-nickel. Now i usually ck my holes before i put the plug back but i didn't this time. After i popped it back in i then cked it. Wouldn't you know it, still more to grab from that same hole. Pulled the plug back out and on the side were 2 Indian Head pennies (1901 and 1902). Then still on my high, about a foot away was another Indian Head 1896. I was on a role .. saying "bring it on" Where are ya. LOL Ok, now, besides that i dug a 1960 and 1964 quearts and a 1942 nickel. YAY. Bunch of wheaties too.
Enjoy the pictures.
