Interesting relic.
It looks extremely water worn, smoothed down a lot.

You are saying that this relic is sandstone? Is that correct?

It does not look like sandstone to me.

I think it looks like cortex or the softer out side Rhine of the lithic. You have some great spots. I think your finding a lot of good stuff. Thanks for the show!

Do I see river staining?
A picture or two of the orange point (both sides) with good lighting would be helpful. I agree with water-worn, but I’ve seen examples of hand polished points and a few with the smooth cortex on one side.
