This is an interesting thread. The first few pages everyone is bellyaching about frenzied media and comparing this to the bird flu. The last few pages everyone is wearing rubber gloves and talking about this hitting close to home.
True journalists have always sought facts. Some factions these days just find reality doesn’t accommodate their perceived well being. They are Being hoodwinked by the ultra rich through fear, finger pointing and lies. News media is your friend people. It’s the damn internet crap you should fear and call frenzied.

Well said Dave!

How are things in Japan right now?

You will be fine, but be aware that most stores are restricting the first hour to seniors only.
My grocery store was well stocked with the exception of a few specific things...flour, yeast, eggs, paper products, etc.

I got a campaign letter from Trump in my mail box yesterday. I opened it up and started reading how we need to help him because the democrats are doing everything they can......yada yada....
Then I thought to myself that this letter should be a Coronavirus test mailed out to us all and to be sent back in.

Mass testing, now!

2 Weeks ago Large eggs were .88 a Dozen here

Won't look again for 2 more weeks.

their website says
Due to the overwhelming demand and low supplies
we had to remove our weekly ad.

Once the supply levels come back into balance,
we will post our weekly ad.

It's a sad time for me - deaths have occurred in my family. :(

I've been a bit beside myself lately as I have had two (2) relatives pass away in less than 11 days and a good friend 7 days ago. I really didn't want to put any of this out there for everyone to read as it is a personal matter but, I feel that this is good therapy for me - I hope I'm not wrong.

The first was my friend who they are saying had the Corona Virus. Reports that were given to me said that this started with him feeling weak in his knees one day. Then, the very next day he was having bad headaches. Soon after the headaches started he came down with a sore throat. Next day was a SLIGHT temperature. When he got the temperature, he was directed to go to the hospital and get tested for the "virus". He refused to go to his local hospital and preceded to drive to a better hospital 2 1/2 hours away. He never made it - he passed on the way there. Now, a bit of history on his health. He had CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) and quite a few strokes and heart attacks and, according to his doctors, he didn't have too much longer to live. An autopsy has since been preformed and it was found that he had a massive stroke followed by a massive heart attack. This, however, has not caused a retraction to be printed stating the TRUTH behind his death. No more needs to be said about the lying media!

Next, my uncle (who has been sick for a long time) passed away while in Hospice due to Liver complications. Rumors started to circulate that he passed away due to the Corona virus. All the family members got together and put a stop to this, thankfully, in time before it went too far.

Three (3) days later, my aunt (who was also sick - with heart disease), passed away while in a "Rest Home", otherwise known as a Nursing Home, from complications due to the stress of losing her husband. Again, we had to get together and stop the rumors from spreading that this was another Corona virus death. At least we were able to stop my uncle and aunt from being victims of false media reporting attempts and from creating a panic situation in our area.

So, if I seem a bit upset over this virus BS, now you know why.

I have, just now, decided that I will be taking a couple of days or so away from TNet. It, apparently, has taken more of a toll on me than previously thought - not meaning TNet.

I pray that all of you will stay in good health and do not wish any of you to have to go through something such as this. I am thankful that I was able to handle it as well as I did up until now but, it is now time for me to deal with it.

Take care all and stay safe.
