Tumbled a batch of horseshoes yesterday. I was cleaning out a cement mixer and they worked pretty good to get the old concrete out. Some of the horshoes were so crusty, lots had been through a fire. I am very happy with the way they turned out. Some are very unique!! There are a few mule shoes in there! The Cripple Creek mining district had an incredible equestrian population!!! I still have a couple more batches to do.

I really like finding those old SMALL SIZED mule shoes , I have a few found in mines around here, sometime the tracks are still laid out inside those mines, but definetly not used for decades

Me also!! I named my store the Muleshoe:) There were a few ore carts in a tunnel when I first moved up here but they were gone pretty quick.

Cement mixer worked I see, good plan.
I threw a bunch in the steel bin yesterday, along with the axe heads and all the other steel dug over the past few years.
Might as well turn rust into some $$$
